We absolutely adored our time at River Beach Resort! We spent just over a month: from the middle of July to the end of August. Every thing was fantastic and we wished we could have stayed longer! The resort has a beautiful view of the river and the landscaping & koi pond are gorgeous! Cua Dai Beach is less than a 5 minute walk and is spectacular 🏝️😎 There is also a free shuttle to and from ancient town Hoi An, where there are many fantastic places to visit. The staff at River Beach Resort are amazing! The hotel manager Anna took time to speak with us every day and is so incredibly kind, caring and helpful. The receptionists Lily and Jeremy were also very friendly and eager to help when we needed anything. Every staff member who worked at the resort was cheerful and greeted us with a smile whenever we saw them. Anytime we had questions or needed help we were assisted right away. The pool was lovely and our daughter swam nearly every day! In the resort there was also a spa, workout room, restaurant and poolside bar. You could also book day trips to Cham Island, Ba Na Hills, Marble Mountain, Da Nang, My Son Sanctuary and other nearby destinations with the front desk staff which was great! We took all of these tours and loved them. The breakfast buffet was included and a great way to start the day! There were many Vietnamese and Western food options. The omelette station was my husband’s favorite, the pastry area was my child’s favorite and the fresh local fruit was my favorite. The coffee was also amazing! The restaurant manager said good morning to us every day and the restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful as well. We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath hotel room with a dividing door to give our child her own area as well as an area for my husband & I (which was great when we wanted quite time at night). Both rooms had doors to a lovely patio area outside with chairs & tables to enjoy the river view. There was also a T.V.

I enjoyed the place for the money, I wouldn't say it's a resort in the sense of the multi-million dollar places down the coast. Location only 2 min walk to beach, our room looked over the river, which was lovely in the evening, with the put-put boats passing by for fishing. People may have mixed feelings on the place obviously, but what stuck out for me, was the staff, ever so helpful and pleasant, nothing seemed a problem to them, as someone who been in Vietnam for over 20 years, this is a rare quality.

Staff were so helpful. 4km from Hoi An wasnt a problem as we walked across the road & hired mopeds for $6NZ per day. Really close to beach which is expansive & beautiful. 3 restaurants across the road and plenty on the beach. Bought beers across the road and sat on the deck watching the fisherman in the river. Great stay.

Lovely calm place to stay away from Hoi An We could use free bikes to get to Hoi An which took 30 minutes cycle Really friendly staff and happy to help arrange thingd We were upgraded which was fab to have the extra space and a nice big room on the ground floor Little baby frog visiting us in the bathroom !!!
